So much for shifting the paradigm from restorative dentistry to preventative dentistry because I find it funny how as dental students, we get so excited seeing the extensive work we get to work on in one's mouth. We consider ourselves lucky when we get a patient with a long list of treatment plan, especially one which get the burs roaring. I know I was when I realised one of my patients needed a complex amalgam done. That's such a rare for us okay? And when they say you'll jinx it when you count your chicks before they hatch, they're absolutely right. She wants off the list. WHY OH WHY? More H&Es. hoorah.

ps: partial metal framework has finally been sent into the lab to be casted after a painful semester working with the very confusing pros. very accomplishing.
